RZ-013-923 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6113 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE YS TO ZONE R-1-65. 4 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 5 does ordain as follows: 6 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal 7 Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are 8 amended by removing from the Contractor's Storage Yard ("YS") 9 Zone and placing in the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") 10 Zone the land described as follows: 11 All those portions of Lots 16, 17, and 18 in Block 7 of Orange Acres No. 2, as shown by 12 map on file in Book 14 of Maps, at Page 2 thereof, records of Riverside County, 13 California, more particularly described as follows: 14 BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 16; 15 THENCE North 33° 51' West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 16 and along the 16 southwesterly line of Lots 17 and 18, a distance of 234.20 feet to the most westerly 17 corner of said Lot 18; THENCE North 49° 34' East along the 18 northwesterly line of said Lot 18, a distance of 287.90 feet to a point in a line parallel 19 with and distant southwesterly 4.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the 20 southwesterly line of Mary Street, as shown on said map; 21 THENCE South 33° 51' East along said parallel line, a distance of 30.20 feet to a 22 point in a line parallel with and distant southeasterly 30.00 feet, measured at right 23 angles, from the northwesterly line of said Lot 18; 24 THENCE South 49° 34' West along said last mentioned parallel line, a distance of 148.98 25 feet to a point therein; THENCE South 33° 51' East, a distance of 26 69.93 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of said Lot 18; 27 THENCE North 56° 09' East along said Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: ~WPDATA\ORD~94020401.
