RZ-014-912 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6112 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES C-3-S-1-X-SP. 4 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 5 does ordain as follows: 6 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal 7 Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are 8 amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential 9 ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the General Commercial with One- 10 Story Height of Buildings Combining, Building Setback Combining 11 and Specific Plan Combining Zones, with a 5-foot setback along 12 Riverside Freeway and a 10-foot setback along Crowell Avenue, 13 the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 30 of Crowell Gardens, 15 as per map recorded in Book 22 of Maps, at Page 59 thereof, records of said County, more 16 particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most Easterly corner of 17 said Lot; THENCE along the Northeasterly line thereof, 18 North 33° 37' 19" West 56.13 feet; THENCE Course "A" South 50° 57' 12" West, 19 68.39 feet; THENCE Course "B" South 51° 57' 20" West, 20 62.03 feet to the Southwesterly line of said Lot; 21 THENCE along said southwesterly line South 33° 35' 56" East 44.88 feet to the most 22 Southerly corner of said Lot 30; THENCE along the Southeasterly line thereof, 23 North 56° 22' 40" East 129.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. 24 25 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the 26 adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a 27 newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: kWPDATA~ORD~94020301.
