1 ORDINANCE NO. 6]0] 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE 3 BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76.152 TO ESTABLISH A ONE- HOUR PARKING LIMIT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 A.M. 4 AND 9:00 P.M. EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS ON THAT PORTION OF ELMWOOD DRIVE BETWEEN ELMWOOD COURT AND 5 RIVERSIDE AVENUE; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76.175 TO ESTABLISH PREFERENTIAL PERMIT PARKING 6 ON THE SAME PORTION OF ELMWOOD DRIVE. 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 8 does ordain as follows: 9 Section 1: Section 10.76.152 of the Riverside Municipal 10 Code is hereby amended to establish a one-hour parking limit 11 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except Sundays and 12 holidays, on that portion of Elmwood Drive between Elmwood Court 13 and Riverside Avenue; said Section 10.76.152 is hereby amended by 14 adding Elmwood Drive to read as follows: 15 Name of Street Limits Where Parking Prohibited to One Hour 16 Elmwood Drive Elmwood Court and Riverside Avenue 17 Section 2: Section 10.76.175 of the Riverside Municipal 18 Code is amended to establish preferential permit parking on that 19 portion of Elmwood Drive between Elmwood Court and Riverside 20 Avenue; said Section 10.76.090 is hereby amended by adding Elmwood 21 Drive to read as follows: 22 Name of Street Limits Where Preferential Parking Permitted 23 Elmwood Drive Elmwood Court and Riverside Avenue. 24 Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 25 of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of 26 general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter 27 of the City of Riverside.
