City of <br />Riverside - WCAB Nos. RIV 0055771 and RIV 0055772. The closed session <br />pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 to instruct the City's Negotiator, <br />Penny Culbreth-Graft, regarding price and terms of payment for the <br />purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 3069 Fourth Street by Riverside & <br />Fourth, LLC, Jim Franklin, Negotiator, was continued to December 9, 2003. <br />The closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 to review the <br />City Council's position and instruct designated representatives regarding <br />salary, salary schedule, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of <br />the Economic Development Manager was not held.
