CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Minutes of: <br />Time of Meeting: <br />Place of Meeting: <br />Date of Meeting: <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />3p.m. <br />Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall <br />November 18, 2003 <br /> <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />In the absence of Mayor Loveridge, Mayor Pm Tempom Schiavone called the <br />meeting to order at 3 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE EP-039-890 (REVISED) - 5301 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Friends of Riverside's Hills and <br />Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, <br />from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving subject to <br />conditions the proposal of Jim Guthrie for variances related to the <br />construction of a single-family residence at 5301 Lochmoor Drive (Lot 11 of <br />Tract 28170) situated on the west side of Lochmoor Drive, southerly of <br />Central Avenue, in Zone RC. No one was present wishing to speak on the <br />matter. Following discussion, the City Council continued the hearing off- <br />calendar as requested by the applicant. <br /> <br />CASE VR-023-023 - 5319 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Friends of Riverside's Hills and <br />Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, <br />from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving subject to <br />conditions the proposal of Jim Guthrie for variances related to the <br />construction of a single-family residence at 5319 Lochmoor Drive (Lot 12 of <br />Tract 28170) situated on the west side of Lochmoor Drive southerly of Central <br />Avenue, in Zone RC. Variance requested: to allow a two-story, 27.5-foot- <br />high single-family residence where the Code permits a maximum single-story, <br />20-foot-high single-family residence. No one was present wishing to speak <br />on the matter. Following discussion, the City Council continued the hearing <br />off-calendar as requested by the applicant. <br /> <br />CASE P03-0135 - APPEAL - TRACT MAP 31147 - NLY. TERMINUS OF <br />BUCHANAN - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Daniel E. Katz of Reid & Hellyer <br />on behalf of Infinity Homes, LLC, from the decision of the Planning <br />Commission in approving with modifications and subject to conditions <br />proposed Tract Map 31147 by Infinity Homes to subdivide approximately <br />28.5 acres into 63 lots situated at the northerly terminus of Buchanan Street, <br />in Zones R-1-65 and RC. No one was present wishing to speak on the <br />matter. Following discussion, the City Council continued the hearing to <br />3 p.m. on February 10, 2004, as requested by the applicant. <br /> <br />CASE P03-0710 - TRACT MAP 31362 - LURIN SOUTH OF KRAMERIA <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of Albert A.
