City of <br />Riverside - WCAB No. DEU D06822. City Attorney Priamos announced there <br />was no reportable action taken. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 2 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art Pick <br />Council Chamber. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE EP-039-890 (REVISED) - 5301 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Friends of Riverside's Hills and <br />Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, <br />from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving subject to <br />conditions the proposal of Jim Guthrie for variances related to the <br />construction of a single-family residence at 5301 Lochmoor Drive (Lot 11 of <br />Tract 28170) situated on the west side of Lochmoor Drive, southerly of <br />Central Avenue, in Zone RC. At the applicant's request, the public hearing <br />was continued to 3 pm. November 18, 2003. <br /> <br />CASE VR-023-023 - 5319 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Friends of Riverside's Hills and <br />Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, <br />from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving subject to <br />conditions the proposal of Jim Guthrie for variances related to the <br />construction of a single-family residence at 5319 Lochmoor Drive (Lot 12 of <br />Tract 28170) situated on the west side of Lochmoor Drive southerly of Central <br />Avenue, in Zone RC. Variance requested: To allow a two-story, 27.5-fcot- <br />high single-family residence where the Code permits a maximum single-story, <br />20-foot-high single-family residence. At the applicant's request, the public <br />hearing was continued to 3 p.m. on November 18, 2003. <br /> <br />CASE P03-0140 GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT PROPOSALS <br />RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of the City of Riverside to amend the <br />Zoning Ordinance (Title 19) of the Riverside Municipal Code to establish <br />procedures for processing General Plan amendment proposals.
