ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no comments presented at this time. CLOSED SESSIONS The Mayor and City Council for closed sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.8 to instruct the City's Negotiators, George A. Caravalho, Michael J. Beck, and Riverside Housing Partners, L.P., regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 1441 and 1421 Massachusetts Avenue, 2770 Topaz Drive, 2720 Topaz Drive, 2680 Topaz Drive, and 2801 Turquoise Street by lan Yen Nguyen; Delbert L. Schroeder and Caroline R. Schroeder, Co-Trustees of the Delbert L. Schroeder and Caroline R. Schroeder Revocable Living Trust Dated October 10, 2001; James L. and Laura C. Wolfe; Ernest M. and Evangeline Ulfig; and Gustavo and Luisa Perez, Negotiators, respectively; (2) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Save Islander Park vs. City of Riverside- Riverside Superior Court Case No. 369 226; (3) §54957.6 to review the City Council's position and instruct designated representatives regarding salaries, salary schedules, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits for the Fire Management Unit, Riverside City Firefighters' Association, Police Management Unit (RPAA), Riverside Police Officers Association (Police and Police Supervisory Units), Service Employees International Union Local 1997, Service Employees International Union Local 2028, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 47, and all Miscellaneous and/or Management and Confidential Employees as defined by PERS; and (4) §54957 for performance evaluation of the City Clerk. RECESS The City Council recessed at 2:50 p.m. and reconvened at 3:05 p.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS CASE EP-039-890 (REVISED) - 5301 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED Further hearing was called on the appeal of Friends of Riverside's Hills and Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving subject to conditions the proposal of Jim Guthrie for an environmental review of the revised grading plan for a vacant lot located at 5301 Lochmoor Drive (Lot 11 Present 89-149
