Caravalho, <br />Michael J. Beck, and Riverside Housing Partners, L.P., regarding price and <br />terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 1441 and <br />1421 Massachusetts Avenue, 2770 Topaz Drive, 2720 Topaz Drive, 2680 <br />Topaz Drive, and 2801 Turquoise Street by lan Yen Nguyen; Delbert L. <br />Schroeder and Caroline R. Schroeder, Co-Trustees of the Delbert L. <br />Schroeder and Caroline R. Schroeder Revocable Living Trust Dated October <br />10, 2001; James L. and Laura C.
