Andrade <br />Chair Kirby called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />PLANNING CASES - P16-0774, P19-0575, P19-0576, P19-0577 AND P19-0578 - SOUTH SIDE OF <br />BRADLEY STREET, BETWEEN GOLDEN STAR AVENUE AND HARBART DRIVE, WARD 4 <br />Proposal by REN_DE LLC to consider the following entitlements: 1) Tentative Tract Map (No. <br />37177) to subdivide 34.6 acres into 48 single-family residential lots and two lettered lots for the <br />purposes of a bioretention basin and open space; 2) Variance to allow reduced lot depths; 3) <br />Variance to allow reduced lot widths; 4) Grading Exception for slope heights exceeding 20 feet <br />in height; and 5) Grading Exception to allow retaining walls higher than allowed by the Grading <br />Code. Judy Eguez, Associate Planner, announced that the applicant has requested a <br />continuance to the July 9, 2020 meeting. There were no comments from the public regarding the <br />continuance. It was moved by Commissioner Mill and seconded by Commissioner Teunissen to <br />continue Planning Cases P16-0774, P19-0575, P19-0576, P19-0577 and P19-0578 to the meeting of <br />July 9, 2020. <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Noes, 1 Absent, 0 Abstention <br />AYES: Allen, Rubio, Mill, Villalobos, Teunissen, Parker, Kirby <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Roberts <br />ABSTENTION: None <br />APPROVED Planning Commission Minutes - June 1 l , 2020 1 <br />
