Executive Order'. N-33-20 <br />directing all residents to .stay at home; and <br />WHEREAS., currently, entertainment establishments are not permitted to operate. within <br />the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, since entertainment. establishments cannot operate in the State -the City's <br />120 -day grace period should be, extended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY PROCLAIMED AND ORDERED by the Director <br />of Emergency Services of the City of Riverside that due to the procedures put into place to slow <br />down the spread of COVID-19, including the closure of entertainment establishments, the race <br />- g <br />
