Amendment to Agreement for Professional Facilities Management Services (Property Management Services for California Tower) This Amendment is made and entered into this 30th day of lqarch , 1998, by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, a public entity, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Inland Pacific Advisors, Inc., 5552 Canyon Crest Drive, Suite 360, Riverside, CA, 92507, a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Manas:er". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on March 13, 1996, the Agency and Manager entered into an Agreement for Professional Facilities Management Services (the "Agreement"). WHEREAS, pursuant to Exhibit "B" of the Agreement, Manager's Property Management Fee was to be based upon a term commencing April 1, 1996 through March 31, 1998. WHEREAS, effective July 1, ! 998, the State of California has informed the Agency that they shall take over the management of California Tower, with the exception of the ground floor. WHEREAS, it is now necessary to extend the Agreement until June 30, 1998. WHEREAS, Manager has affirmed its willingness and ability to perform such work; NOW THEREFORE, Agency and Manager agree to amend Exhibit "B" of the Agreement as follows: 1. Manager's Property Management fee for managing the California Tower building, based upon a term commencing April 1, 1996 through June 30, 1998, shall be paid on a monthly basis for the remainder of the term at the rate of $5090 per month. Manager's Property Management fee for managing the Annex (the office portion of the building located at 3780 Market Street) shall be paid c,n a monthly basis for the remainder of the term at the rate of $200 per month. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and Exhibits attached thereto shall remain the same.
