City of Riverside - RCSC Case No. 253655 and USDC Case <br />No. EDCV00-469 RT(AJWx). City Attorney Priamos stated there were no <br />reportable actions taken. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 2 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art Pick <br />Council Chamber with Mayor Loveridge presiding. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE PO3-0135 - APPEAL - TRACT MAP 31147 - NLY. TERMINUS OF <br />BUCHANAN - CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the appeal of Daniel E. Katz of Reid & Hellyer <br />on behalf of Infinity Homes, LLC, from the decision of the Planning <br />Commission in approving with modifications and subject to conditions <br />proposed Tract Map 31147 by Infinity Homes to subdivide approximately <br />28.5 acres into 63 lots situated at the northerly terminus of Buchanan Street, <br />in Zones R-1-65 and RC. At the applicant's request, the City Council <br />continued the hearing to 3 p.m. on November 18, 2003. <br /> <br />CASE P03-0641 (PART B) - SYCAMORE CANYON SLY. OF FAIR ISLE <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of Matt Webb and Associates, on behalf <br />of Raceway Ford, to amend the Sycamore Highlands Specific Plan to add <br />standards for an electronic message center freeway sign in the Auto Center <br />land use designation of the Specific Plan. No one was present wishing to <br />speak on the matter. No written protests were presented. Following <br />discussion, the public hearing was officially closed. The City Council <br />(1) upheld the action of the Planning Commission in approving Case P03- <br />0641 (Part B) with modifications and subject to conditions; (2) adopted the <br />staff report and environmental assessment as findings; (3) upheld the <br />Planning Commission's determination that the project would not have a <br />significant effect on the environment and concurred in the adoption of a <br /> 89-101 <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Motion <br />Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
