Cultural Heritage Board Agenda March 18, 2020 PUBLIC COMMENT 1 Public Comments: This portion of the agenda will be limited to a cumulative total of 15 minutes, with individual speakers limited to a maximum time limit of 3 minutes. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 3 PLANNING CASE P19-0487 (COA) - To consider the formation of a Subcommittee of the Cultural Heritage Board to work with the applicant on the architecture of the residence main level, two -car garage and basement expansion proposed to replace the demolished non-contributing residence in the Mount Rubidoux Historic District. The project is located at 4674 Beacon Way, situated on the south side of Beacon Way between Ladera Lane and Redwood Drive, in Ward 1. 4 Certified Local Government Annual Report - October, 2018 thru September, 2019 CONSENT CALENDAR The following items will be acted upon with one motion and without discussion as recommended by the Planning Division unless a member of the Cultural Heritage Board requests that an item be considered individually. Prior to voting on the Consent Calendar, the Chairperson will ask the Board if any item need be discussed. 5 The minutes of February 19, 2020 to be presented for approval. 6 Cultural Heritage Board Attendance: That the Cultural Heritate Board excuse the absence of Board Member John Brown from the meeting of February 19, 2020 due to business.
