A copy of the <br />Street and California Avenue was requested. <br />also spoke in opposition to the St. Michael's <br />and P18-0731 — CONDITIONAL USE <br />Present <br />Motion <br />Second <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />XX <br />X <br />X <br />XX <br />X <br />X <br />XX <br />XX <br />XX <br />XX <br />PLANNING CASES P18-0730 <br />PERMIT AND DESIGN REVIEW TO PERMIT VEHICLE WASH <br />FACILITY — SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD <br />AND VISTA GRANDE DR, WARD 4 <br />Proposal by Tengly Tan of Tan and Eap Enterprises, LLP to consider the <br />following entitlements: 1) Conditional Use Permit to permit a 4,080 <br />square foot vehicle wash facility; and 2) Design Review of project plans. <br />Veronica Hernandez, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Leon Felix, project architect represented the applicant. He stated they <br />were in agreement with the conditions. There were no public comments <br />from the audience. Following discussion the Planning Commission: 1) <br />Determined that this proposed project is exempt from the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15332 (In- <br />Fill Development Projects) as this project will not have a significant effect <br />on the environment; 2) Approved Planning Cases P18-0730 (Conditional <br />Use Permit) and P18-0731 (Design Review), based on the findings <br />outlined in the staff report and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />APPROVED Planning Commission Minutes - January 23, 2020 Page 1 of 2 <br />
