JOYCE M. PATMORE ("Owner"), in connection with the real property located at <br /> 5012 Brockton Avenue, more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and imported <br /> herein by reference ("Subject Property"), were required to record an Agreement and Covenant, <br /> Conditions and Restrictions Affecting Real Property Including Owner Occupancy Requirements <br /> ("Covenant") requiring Owners, their successors and assigns to occupy the Subject Property for a <br /> term of twenty-five (25) years. <br /> B. Owner purchased the Subject Property in accordance with an order of the Riverside <br /> County Superior Court in Case No. RIC 1404188, a receivership action. <br /> C. Owner executed and recorded a Covenant, dated February 24, 2016, and recorded on <br /> February 25, 2016, as Instrument No. 2016-0074261, to satisfy the above stated conditions. <br /> D. Current owner desires to terminate the Covenant and requested that the City record a <br /> Notice of Termination. City has agreed that the Covenant may therefore be terminated. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals, the City, by and through <br /> its City Manager, hereby releases the Agreement and Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions <br /> Affecting Real Property Including Owner Occupancy Requirements dated February 24, 2016, <br /> executed by Owner and recorded on February 25, 2016 as Instrument No. 2016-0074261, <br /> official Records of Riverside County, California, and hereby discharges Owner and its <br />
