City of <br />Riverside - WCAB Claim No. 990180 and 020337; (2) §54956.9 to confer with <br />and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning John Duran v. City of <br />Riverside - WCAB No. RIV 0049753 - Claim No 030072; (3) §54956.9 to <br />confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Jacqueline <br />Bishop v. City of Riverside - WCAB No. RIV 0042487 - Claim No. 01000211; <br />(4) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel <br />concerning Roosevelt Marrow v. City of Riverside - WCAB Nos. RIV <br />0049035; 0049036; and 0049037 - Claim No. 020017; (5) §54956.8 to <br />instruct City's Negotiator, Mel Gutierrez, regarding price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 3138-3140 Prospect <br />Avenue and 4610-4628 Vine Street by The Press-Enterprise Company, Steve <br />Favero, Negotiator; and (6) §54956.8 to instruct City's Negotiator, Mel <br />Gutierrez, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, <br />exchange, or lease of 3069 Fourth Street by Riverside & Fourth, LLC, Jim <br />Franklin, Negotiator. The closed session relative to Government Code <br />§54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning <br />claim pursuant to the Tort Claims Act in the matter of Community Health <br />Corporation v. City of Riverside, was continued to August 26, 2003. City <br />Attorney Priamos stated there were no reportable actions taken. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 2 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art Pick <br />Council Chamber. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE PO3-0135 - APPEAL - TRACT MAP 31147 - NLY. TERMINUS OF <br />BUCHANAN - CONTINUED <br />Hearing was called on the appeal of Daniel E.
