CLOSED SESSIONS - CONTINUED IN PART The City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Jori Coryell v. City of Riverside - WCAB Claim No. 990180 and 020337; (2) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning John Duran v. City of Riverside - WCAB No. RIV 0049753 - Claim No 030072; (3) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Jacqueline Bishop v. City of Riverside - WCAB No. RIV 0042487 - Claim No. 01000211; (4) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Roosevelt Marrow v. City of Riverside - WCAB Nos. RIV 0049035; 0049036; and 0049037 - Claim No. 020017; (5) §54956.8 to instruct City's Negotiator, Mel Gutierrez, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 3138-3140 Prospect Avenue and 4610-4628 Vine Street by The Press-Enterprise Company, Steve Favero, Negotiator; and (6) §54956.8 to instruct City's Negotiator, Mel Gutierrez, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 3069 Fourth Street by Riverside & Fourth, LLC, Jim Franklin, Negotiator. The closed session relative to Government Code §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning claim pursuant to the Tort Claims Act in the matter of Community Health Corporation v. City of Riverside, was continued to August 26, 2003. City Attorney Priamos stated there were no reportable actions taken. RECESS The City Council recessed at 2 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber. PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS CASE PO3-0135 - APPEAL - TRACT MAP 31147 - NLY. TERMINUS OF BUCHANAN - CONTINUED Hearing was called on the appeal of Daniel E. Katz of Reid & Hellyer on behalf of Infinity Homes, LLC, from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving with modifications and subject to conditions proposed Tract Map 31147 by Infinity Homes to subdivide approximately 28.5 acres into 63 lots WARDS Present ~ERS 89-40
