1 ORDINANCE NO. 6195 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6087 ESTABLISHING THE 3 APPROPRIATE ZONING FOR "ANNEXATION NO. 82--PLANNED ORANGECREST SCHOOLS" TO BE OPERATIVE UPON THE DATE 4 OF ANNEXATION OF SAID TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE BY AMENDING SECTION 2 PLACING CERTAIN OF 5 THE PROPERTY INTO THE RESIDENTIAL-1 ("R-1-65") ZONE IN ORDER TO DELETE THEREFROM THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY 6 DESIGNATED AS PARCEL B AS SAID PROPERTY WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ANNEXATION AS APPROVED BY THE 7 RIVERSIDE COLrNTY LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION. 8 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 9 does ordain as follows: 10 Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 6087 11 establishing the appropriate zoning for "Annexation No. 82-- 12 Planned Orangecrest Schools" to be operative upon the date of 13 annexation of said territory to the City of Riverside is hereby 14 amended in its entirety in order to delete therefrom that 15 certain property designated as Parcel B as said property was 16 not included in the annexation as approved by the Riverside 17 County Local Agency Formation Commission and to place in the 18 Residential-1 ("R-1-65") Zone only that property previously 19 designated as Parcel A, which Section 2 shall read as follows: 20 "Section 2: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a 21 part thereof are amended by placing into the Residential-1 ("R-1-65") Zone that portion of the land 22 included in "Annexation No. 82--Planned Orangecrest Schools" described as follows: 23 That portion of Parcel 3 of Record of 24 Survey, as shown by map on file in Book 45 of Records of Survey, at Page 19 thereof, Records 25 of Riverside County, California, described as follows: 26 Beginning on the centerline of Red Poppy Lane on the Westerly line of Tract 21834, as 27 shown by map on file in Book 197 of Maps, at Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: ~WPDATA~ORD~ 94248702.
