1 ORDINANCE NO. 6]94 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 1.12.050 OF THE 3 RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE FOURTH WARD THE TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS 4 "LAFCO NO. 94-22-5--REORGANIZATION TO INCLUDE CONCURRENT ANNEXATION 82 TO CITY OF RIVERSIDE 5 AND DETACHMENT FROM RIVERSIDE COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DISTRICT" AS OF THE 6 EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUCH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE. 7 8 The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain 9 as follows: 10 Section 1: Section 1.12.050 of the Riverside Municipal 11 Code is hereby amended to add all the territory known as 12 Annexation No. 82--Planned Orangecrest Schools" and designated 13 as "LAFCO No. 94-22-5--Reorganization to Include Concurrent 14 Annexation 82 to City of Riverside and Detachment from 15 Riverside County Waste Resources Management District" to the 16 Fourth Ward, which Section 1.12.050 shall read as follows: 17 "1.12.050 FOURTH WARD. The boundaries of the fourth ward shall be as follows: 18 Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Adams Street/Auto Center Drive with the centerline of 19 State Freeway No. 91; Thence northeasterly along said centerline 20 of State Freeway No. 91 to its intersection of the northwesterly prolongation of the southerly 21 line of Lot 62 of Hall's Addition to Riverside, Division 'B', per Map Book 9, Page 2, Records 22 of San Bernardino County, California; Thence southeasterly along said 23 prolongation and said southerly line to the east line of said Lot 62; 24 Thence north along said east line to the west prolongation of the south line of Lot 92 25 of Hall's Addition to Riverside, Division 'C',. per Map Book 9, Page 3, Records of San 26 Bernardino County; Thence east along said west prolongation 27 and along said southerly line of said Lot 92 Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F:/WPDATAkORD\ 94248701.
