CITY OF RIVERSIDE CITY COUNCIL COUNCILMEMBERS Minutes of: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Date of Meeting: Regular Meeting of the City Council 1 p.m. Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall June 17, 2003 WARDS Roll Call: Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no comments presented at this time. CLOSED SESSIONS The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957 for performance evaluation of the City Manager. The closed session regarding the performance evaluation of the City Clerk was not held. City Attorney Priamos announced there was no reportable action on the closed session. RECESS The City Council recessed at 2:35 p.m. and reconvened at 3:05 p.m. CLOSED SESSION The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 to instruct the City's negotiator, Mel Gutierrez, regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 10530, 10540, and 10560 Magnolia Avenue by Red Dog Properties, Vindar Batoosingh and CB Richard Ellis, Negotiators. City Attorney Priamos announced there was no reportable action on the closed session. The City Council returned to the Art Pick Council Chamber. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS CASE EP-039-890 (REVISED) - APPEAL - 5267 AND 5301 LOCHMOOR - CONTINUED Further hearing was called on the appeal by Friends of Riverside's Hills and Susan Nash, Conservation Chair, San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society, from the decision of the Planning Commission in approving with modifications the proposal of Jim Guthrie for environmental review of a revised grading plan for two vacant properties located at 5267 and 5301 Lochmoor Drive (Lots 10 and 11 of Tract Map 28170), situated on the west side of Lochmoor Drive, southerly of Central Avenue, in Zone RC. At the request of the applicant, the City Council continued the hearing to 3 p.m. on July 8, 2003.
