Vittone, Negotiator; and (2) §54956.8 to instruct the City's <br />negotiators, George A. Caravalho, Michael J. Beck, and Riverside Housing <br />Partners, L.P., regarding price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, <br />exchange, or lease of 1441 and 1421 Massachusetts Avenue; 2830 and <br />2800 Topaz Drive; 2770 Topaz Drive; 2730 Topaz Drive; 2720 Topaz Drive; <br />2680 Topaz Drive; 2831 Turquoise Street, 2801 Turquoise Street; <br />2771 Turquoise Street; 2620 Topaz Drive; 2621 Turquoise Street; <br />2650 Topaz Drive; 2651, 2681, and 2721 Turquoise Street by lan Y. Dahms, Under Declaration of Trust Executed August 1, 1997, Negotiators, <br />respectively. City Attorney Priamos announced there were no reportable <br />actions taken. The closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957 for <br />performance evaluation of the City Clerk was continued to June 10, 2003. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />2003 ELECTRIC REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS- SUPPLEMENTAL <br />APPROPROPRIATION - RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called to consider the issuance of Electric Refunding Revenue <br />Bonds, Issue of 2003, for approximately $85,000,000 total principal amount of <br />the Electric Refunding Revenue Bonds, Issue of 2003. The Bonds will be <br />issued by the City to refund (I) a portion of the City's outstanding Electric <br />Refunding Revenue Bonds Issue of 1993, and (ii) the City's obligations under <br />a Resource Efficiency Program Agreement entered into by the City in 1994 <br />for the purpose of financing certain resource efficiency programs for the City's <br />electric system. The Bonds will be limited obligations of the City, to be repaid <br />by revenues from the City's electric system.
