DETERMINE that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15331 (Historical Resource <br />Restoration/Rehabilitation) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project constitutes a minor <br />alteration to an existing facility and Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation, <br />consistent with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic <br />Properties; and <br />2.
