Matthew Taylor, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Brett Crowder, applicant, thanked staff for their work on this project. There <br />were no comments from the audience. The public hearing was closed. <br />Following discussion the Planning Commission: 1) Determined that the <br />proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment <br />based on the findings set forth in the case record and adopt a Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration (MND) pursuant to Section 15074 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines and Mitigation Monitoring <br />and Reporting Program (MMRP), pursuant to Section 21081.6 of CEQA; <br />APPROVED - Planning Commission Minutes - June 27, 2019 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
