Construction
1697 Production Circle
Riverside, CA 92509
Subject: Conditional Right of Entry Agreement; Our File No. CAOl-2925.1
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Avila:
It has come to my attention that a provision requiring the general contraction to provide
proof of workers compensation insurance was inadvertently omitted from the Conditional Right
of Entry Agreement that you executed last week. State law requires employers to carry workers
compensation insurance. As such, the City will withhold execution of the Right of Entry
Agreement until such time as proof of insurance has been submitted to the City under the terms
of the Right-of-Entry and including workers compensation coverage.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (909) 826-5567.
cc: John Andrews
Kelly Kitasato
Colleen Nicol, City Clerk
o:\Cycom\ WPDocsID022\POO I \000 16637.
