I F F <br />-- RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />Board Memorandum <br />P U B L I C U T I L I T I E S <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: December 11, 2017 <br />ITEM NO: 1 <br />SUBJECT: EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARD TO THE OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY TEAM <br />ISSUE: <br />Recognition of the Operational Technology team responsible for implementing the Customer Information <br />System (CIS) enhancements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Board of Public Utilities recognizes the following employees for their excellent work on <br />successfully implementing new enhancements to our Customer information system to offer superior <br />customer service experience. <br />• Janice Tucker - Business System Support Technician <br />• Kathlyn Meadors - Business System Support Technician <br />• Musa Rayyan - Sr. Business System Support Analyst <br />• Sara Jackson - Principal Business Analyst <br />• William Obeid - Business Systems Manager <br />The team has implemented several new enhancements including the automation of customer notification <br />generation process (CNGP). This automation enables RPU to send out a large number of custom <br />letters/notifications to our customers faster and more cost-effectively.
