RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />Board Memorandum <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIESDATE:NOVEMBER 13, 2017 <br />ITEM NO: 7 <br />SUBJECT:RIVERSIDE COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP AGENCY’S UPDATE <br />OF THEIR OPERATIONS AND PROGRAMS THAT IMPACT THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE <br />ISSUE: <br />Receive a presentation from the Riverside County Community Action Partnership regarding its <br />programs that impact the City of Riverside including the Sharing Households Assist Riverside’s Energy <br />program, a Riverside Public Utilities’ program that is administered through the county. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Board of Public Utilities receive and file this report and presentation by the RiversideCounty <br />Community Action Partnership regarding programs that impact the City of Riverside. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the request of Riverside Public Utilities’ (RPU)General Manager, Riverside County Community <br />Action Partnership(CAP)will provide the Board with an update of their agency’s operations and the <br />programs they provideincluding the Sharing Households Assist Riverside’s Energy program (SHARE). <br />DISCUSSION: <br />CAPwill provide an overview of their agency’s operations and the programs they provide including the <br />SHARE Program that they administerfor RPU. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no cost associated withthis presentation. <br />Prepared by:Kevin S.
