After considering the importance of <br />balancing the need to maintain a competitive business environment that supports job creation and <br />sales tax generation, with the need to identify funding alternatives to build transportation <br />infrastructure, the City Council voted unanimously to support the following schedule of fees: <br /> <br /> WRCOG City of Riverside <br /> Proposal Recommendation <br />Single family $6,650 per unit Support as proposed <br />Residential <br />Multi-family $4,607 per unit Support as proposed <br />residential <br />Industrial $1.45/sf Support at approximately 10% of <br />Project proposal with three-year phase-in <br />Retail $7.81/sf Support at approximately 50% of <br />Project proposal with three-year phase-in <br />Service $4.84/sf Support at approximately 50% of <br />Commercial proposal with three-year phase-in <br /> <br />
