Comments of any individual would be limited to three minutes <br />and would be heard in order of sign up. <br /> <br />Spmm!Dbmm!pg!Cpbse!pg!Qvcmjd!Vujmjujft! All Board Members were present. <br /> <br />Tubgg!Qsftfoubujpo <br />Prior to receiving public input, the Board requested staff to provide a summary of the proposed <br />Changes to Electric and Water Rules and Rates for 2018-2022 and Changes to the Sharing <br /> Program, which was <br />presented by Interim General Manager Todd Jorgenson. <br />Dpnnfout!gspn!uif!Bvejfodf!
