RZ-001-934 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6276 <br /> <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MI/NICIPAL <br /> 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES <br /> C-2-S-i-X. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> <br /> 6 does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br /> 8 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended <br /> 9 by removing from the Single Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone <br /> 10 and placing in the Restricted Commercial, One Story Height of <br /> 11 Buildings Combining and Building Setback Combining ("C-2-S-1-X") <br /> 12 Zones, with a 25-foot setback from the westerly property line, a <br /> 13 10-foot setback from Twelfth Street, and a 20-foot setback form <br /> 14 Chicago Avenue, the land described as follows: <br /> 15 That portion of Lots 1 and 40 together with Lots 2 <br /> through 4 and Lots 37 through 39 all in Block A of Grand <br /> 16 View Place, as shown by map on file in Book 5, page 50 of <br /> Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, <br /> 17 described as follows: <br /> COMMENCING at the northeasterly corner of said <br /> 18 Lot 1; <br /> THENCE North 89° 41' West, along the northerly line <br /> 19 of said Lot 1, a distance of 44.92 feet to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING of the parcel of land being described; <br /> 20 THENCE North 89° 41' West, continuing along said <br /> northerly line and along the northerly line of said Lots <br /> 21 2 through 4, a distance of 205.08 feet the northwesterly <br /> corner of said Lot 4; <br /> 22 THENCE South 0° 05' 30" West, along the westerly <br /> line of said Lot 4 and along the westerly line of said <br /> 23 Lot 37, a distance of 265 feet to the southwesterly <br /> corner of said Lot 37; <br /> 24 THENCE South 89° 41' East, along the southerly line <br /> of said Lots 37 through 40, a distance of 217.21 feet to <br /> 25 the most westerly corner of that certain parcel of land <br /> described in Resolution No. 16287 of the City Council of <br /> 26 the City of Riverside, recorded November 4, 1986, as <br /> Instrument No. 278646 of Official Records of Riverside <br /> 27 County, California; said westerly corner also being the <br /> <br />Attorney's Office <br />Street <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 F: \WPDATA\ORD\96047401.
