RZ-008-956 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6270 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES RO-S-2-X TO ZONES RO-S-3-X. 4 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 6 does ordain as follows: 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code 8 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended 9 by removing from the Restricted Office, Two Story Height of 10 Buildings Combining and Building Setback Combining ("RO-S-2-X") 11 Zones and placing in the Restricted Office, Three Story Height of 12 Buildings Combining and Building Setback Combining ("RO-S-3-X") 13 Zones, with a 15 foot building setback from Brockton Avenue, the 14 following described property: 15 All that certain real property known as EVANS ATHLETIC PARK, composed of Lots 14 thru 25, 16 inclusive, of B.S. FINCH SUBDIVISION, as shown by map on file in Book 4 of Maps, at page 87 17 thereof, records of Riverside County, California; portions of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 26, portion of 18 Lot A, portion of an unnamed street, 50.00 feet in width, and portion of an alley, 10.00 feet in 19 width, as shown on said map of B.S. FINCH SUBDIVISION; and those portions of Lots 6, 7, 155 20 and 156 of S.C.C. ASSOCIATION LANDS as shown by map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, at page 3 21 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, California, more particularly described as 22 follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said 23 Lot 11 of B.S.
