He <br />thanked the Board for their support. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />PLANNING CASE P19-0243 <br />— CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />— 3581 MISSION INN AVENUE — CONTINUED TO JULY 17, 2019 <br />The Board continued Planning Case P19-0243 to the meeting of July 19, <br />2019 as requested by the applicant. <br />All Ayes <br />XXX <br />XXX <br />X <br />XX <br />DISCUSS THE CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT AND MAKE <br />RECOMMENDATION TO BOARD OF ETHICS OF ANY SUGGESTED <br />CHANGES <br />The Cultural Heritage Board did not have any comments to forward to the <br />Board of Ethics. <br />The Board took no formal action. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />PLANNING CASE P19-0227 <br />— Historic Designation of the Lewis H. Guffin <br />House, 2926 Lime Street, Ward <br />1 <br />Proposal by James and Leigh Gleason to consider a Historic Designation <br />for City Structure of Merit designation of the Lewis H. Guffin House, <br />located at 2926 Lime Street. Scott Watson, Historic Preservation Officer, <br />presented the staff report. He stated that a letter in support was received <br />and distributed to the Board today. There were no comments from the <br />audience. Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Board <br />recommended that the City Council: 1.
