RESOLUTION NO. 718 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE SETTING THE DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR THE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CERTIFICATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED HUNTER PARK/NORTHSIDE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside has initiated proceedings to adopt the proposed Hunter Park/Northside Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and WHEREAS, in accordance with Sections 33348 and 33360 of the California Health and Safety Code, the Agency and Riverside City Council are required to hold a joint public hearing on the proposed Project; and WHEREAS, Section 33349 of the CRL requires that a notice of said joint public hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation and be mailed to each property owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, as follows: Section 1: The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing with the Riverside City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Hunter Park/Northside Redevelopment Project and the Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith, at the following time and place: Date: Time: Place: Section 2: June 3, 2003 3:00 p.m. Art Pick Council Chambers, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, 92522 The Secretary of the Agency, in cooperation with the City Clerk, is authorized and directed to give notice of such public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
