Serving as your Councilmember has truly been an honor. During <br />my tenure on the Riverside City Council, we've worked together to improve <br />our quality of life and maintain a balanced budget through challenging <br />times. We must continue to work together to ensure that Riverside remains <br />a great city to live, work, play, and raise a family. <br />My highest priorities on the Riverside City Council will be: <br />Maintain our balanced budget and reserve fund. <br />Reduce homelessness. <br />Support and improve public safety. <br />Maintain and enhance basic city services like street maintenance and <br />tree trimming. <br />Enhance educational opportunities for our children and young adults. <br />Encourage economic smart growth to attract more good -paying jobs <br />with great benefits. <br />I care deeply about Riverside - I attended both undergraduate and graduate <br />school at the University of California Riverside, built my family and career <br />here, and our three children attended local public schools.
