RZ-012-956 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6259 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES C-2- S-2-X. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 5 does ordain as follows: 6 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code 7 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended 8 by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone 9 and placing in the Restricted Commercial, Two-Story Height of 10 Buildings Combining and Building Setback ("C-2-S-2-X") Zones, 11 with a 10-foot setback from Indiana Avenue, the following 12 described property: 13 Parcel 1 14 The southwesterly 90.78 feet of the 15 following described property: That portion of Lot 16 in Block 20 of 16 Sayward and Evans Tract, as shown by map on file in Book 3, page(s) 2 of Maps, Records of San 17 Bernardino County, California, described as follows: 18 Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Indiana Avenue, the same being the southerly 19 line of said lot, at a point 208.72 feet westerly from the southeasterly corner of said lot; 20 Then at a right angle northerly, parallel with the easterly line of said lot, 150 feet; 21 Thence at a right angle westerly parallel with the southerly line of said lot, 220~78 feet~ 22 Thence at a right angle southerly, parallel with the easterly line of said lot 150 feet to 23 the southerly of said lot; Thence easterly on said southerly line 24 220.78 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning; 25 Excepting therefrom the southeasterly 4 feet conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed 26 recorded June 21, 1963 of Official Records of Riverside County, California. 27 Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: \WPDATA\ORD\ 95238101.
