Watson, F. <br />Andrade <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Joseph Miller spoke regarding <br />a tree in the public right of way that is in <br />front of his driveway at 5311 Magnolia Avenue. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />PLANNING CASE P18-0085 <br />— CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />— 3300 CENTRAL AVENUE, WARD 3 <br />Certificate of Appropriateness request by Matt Acton of Hold Architecture, <br />for plot plan and building elevations for the construction of a 3,060 -square - <br />foot mausoleum with 552 crypts and 492 conventional gravesites at <br />Olivewood Memorial Park, a cultural resource eligible for listing in the <br />National Register and designation as a City Landmark. Scott Watson, <br />Historic Preservation Officer, presented the staff report. The applicant did <br />not have any comments. Comments from the audience. Bob Brown, <br />President Board of Directors Olivewood Cemetery, addressed the Board. <br />Motion <br />X <br />Following discussion, the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Reviewed and <br />Second <br />X <br />provided comment upon the Cultural Resources analysis in the Mitigated <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />Negative Declaration, and recommended that the City Planning <br />Commission determine that Planning Case P18-0085 will not have a <br />significant effect on Cultural Resources so it may adopt the Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration and adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program (MMRP); and 2. Approved Planning Case P18-0085, based on <br />the findings summarized in the staff report, subject to staff's recommended <br />conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />PLANNING CASE P19-0243 — CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />— 3581 MISSION INN AVENUE, WARD 1 <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by City of Riverside, General <br />Services Department, for project plans for in-kind repairs and minor <br />modifications to the existing Riverside Public Library — Main Branch (City <br />Landmark #135) for the conversion to the Cheech Marin Center for <br />APPROVED - Cultural Heritage Board Minutes — May 15, 2019 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
