DETERMINE that Planning Case P19-0288 (Certificate of Appropriateness) is exempt from <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15301 (Existing <br />Facilities) and 15331 (Historic Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) of the CEQA Guidelines, <br />as the proposed project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the <br />Treatment of Historic Properties; and <br />2.
