1 ORDINANCE NO. 62]8 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 3.30.030 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE RELATING TO FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (a) TO PROVIDE FOR THE 4 PERCENTAGE OF COST RECOVERY LEVELS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS FOR 5 VEHICLES FOR HIRE AND CONVALESCENT TRANSPORT SERVICES BY ADDING A NEW ITEM NO. 2301 ENTITLED 6 "SPECIAL VEHICLES PERMIT APPLICATION" AND THE APPROPRIATE COST RECOVERY LEVEL THEREFOR, AND FOR 7 THE REGULATION OF CONVALESCENT TRANSPORT SERVICE BY ADDING A NEW ITEM NO. 2308 ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATIVE 8 OVERSIGHT-GURNEY/LITTER VAN" AND THE APPROPRIATE COST RECOVERY LEVEL THEREFOR. 9 10 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 11 does ordain as follows: 12 Section 1: Section 3.30.030 of the Riverside Municipal 13 Code relating to fees and service charges is hereby amended by 14 amending Subsection (a) to provide for the percentage of cost 15 recovery for the processing of applications and renewals for 16 permits for Vehicles for Hire pursuant to Chapter 5.40 of the 17 Riverside Municipal Code and for Convalescent Transport 18 Services pursuant to Chapter 5.65 of the Riverside Municipal 19 Code by adding a new Item No. 2301 entitled "Special Vehicles 20 Permit Application" and the appropriate cost recovery level 21 therefor, and to provide for the percentage of cost recovery 22 for the administrative oversight of Convalescent Transport 23 Services by adding a new Item No. 2308 entitled "Administrative 24 Oversight-Gurney/Litter Van" and the appropriate cost recovery 25 level therefor, which Subsection (a) shall read as follows: 26 "(a) The City Manager, Finance Director and each City 27 department head, under the direction of the City Manager, shall Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: \WPDATA\ORD\95047101.
