CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />Minutes of: Meeting of the Board of Public Utilities �p <br />� o <br />Date of Meeting: May 13, 2019 V, q�0 <br />W0 <br />Time of Meeting: 6:30 p.m. <br />Place of Meeting: Art Pick Council Chambers <br />3900 Main Street (at Main and Tenth Streets) <br />Riverside, California <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG WAS GIVEN <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Jo Lynne Russo -Pereyra (chair) Elizabeth Sanchez- Monville (vice chair) <br />Dave Austin David Crohn <br />Ana Miramontes Gil Oceguera <br />Jennifer O'Farrell Andrew Walcker <br />Absent: Jeanette Hernandez (absence due to other) <br />PRESENTATION <br />Presentation to the Board for participating as a solar cup competition sponsor from the <br />students of Poly High School <br />Mr. Alexander Lowry from Poly High School presented the Board with three plaques <br />from the students of Poly High School for three consecutive years of sponsorship of the <br />solar cup competition and thanked RPU for participating as a sponsor. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />2 Legislative and Regulatory Updates <br />Legislative Affairs Manager Robert Ennis gave an update on state and federal legislation <br />pertaining to the utilities. <br />CITIZENS PARTICIPATION <br />3 Mr. Jason Hunter, Ward I, spoke against the inclusion of the Transmission Revenue in the <br />General Fund Transfer calculation. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A motion was made to approve the following items on the Consent Calendar: <br />Motion — Austin. Second — Miramontes. <br />Ayes: Russo -Pereyra, Sanchez-Monville, Austin, Crohn, Miramontes, O'Farrell, Oceguera, <br />and Walcker. <br />Absent: Jeanette Hernandez (absence due to other). <br />
