CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />Minutes of: Regular Meeting of the Board of Public Utilities <br />Date of Meeting: January 28, 2019 <br />Time of Meeting: 6:30 p.m. <br />Place of Meeting: Art Pick Council Chambers <br />3900 Main Street (at Main and Tenth Streets) <br />Riverside, California <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG WAS GIVEN <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Jo Lynne Russo -Pereyra (Chair) Dave Austin (vice Chair) <br />David Crohn Jeanette Hernandez <br />Elizabeth Sanchez- Monville Andrew Walcker <br />Absent: Gil Oceguera (absence due to vacation) <br />Jennifer O'Farrell (absence due to business) <br />Kevin Foust (resigned from the Board on 1/14/2019) <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Legislative and Regulatory Updates <br />Legislative Affairs Manager Robert Ennis was in attendance to answer any legislative questions <br />from the Board — no questions were asked. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />2 None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A motion was made to approve the following items on the Consent Calendar, with the exception of Item 4, <br />Reject as non-responsive the bid submitted by E. E. Electric, Inc. of Mira Loma, California and award Bid <br />No. RPU -7600 to VCI Construction, LLC of Upland, California, for the electric underground substructures <br />installation for the Plaza Substation 4kV to 12kV conversion of Circuit 450 Proiect, in the amount of <br />$671,493.30; and approve Work Order No. 1503112 in the amount of $2,174,000 for the work associated <br />with the project; and, Item 7, Recommend that the City Council approve the Microsoft Enterprise <br />Agreement with PCM -G, Inc., for Microsoft software products for a three-year term not to exceed <br />$2,614,896.36, which were placed on the Discussion Calendar <br />Motion — Crohn. Second — Walcker. <br />Ayes: Russo -Pereyra, Austin, Crohn, Hernandez, Sanchez- Monville, and Walcker. <br />Abstain: None. <br />Absent: Gil Oceguera (absence due to vacation) <br />Jennifer O'Farrell (absence due to business) <br />Kevin Foust (resigned from the Board on 1/14/2019) <br />
