Box 485 Banning, CA 92220 Dear Mr. Calder, As per .our conversation this past Saturday, here is my formal letter of request. On May 8, 1993, the County of Riverside will be Centennial Parade in the City of Riverside. All invited to participate in the parade as part of our Celebration. We anticipate many onlookers as participants. As a member of the City Council's Committee, it became my task to get the Riverside in period carriages, coaches motorized parade transportation 1 could hosting a cities are Centennial well as Recreation and Culture officials in the city of or whatever type of non - locate. just the other night while watching television, the power of advertising worked quite well. 1 immediately thought of your coach and how well it would fit into our celebration. While this is probably not how you would hope the advertising would draw, at least 1 did think of you the next day. This letter is to invite Wells Fargo Bank to participate by being the vehicle to carry the City of Riverside's Mayor and City Council in the parade. We have a total of eight dignitaries, but some may opt for other modes of tranportation. Most of us will be dressing in period clothing. The parade will start at 10:00 a.m., and as the host vehicle for the City of Riverside, your coach will be in the beginning of the parade. The parade will end at historic Fairmont Park for a day of celebration. For your information, the parade route is enclosed.
