RZ-002-934 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6362 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES C-i-A, RO, R-3, C-2 AND C-3 TO ZONES C-i-A, C-2 AND C-3. 4 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does 6 ordain as follows: 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code 8 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by 9 removing from the Community Shopping Center ("C-i-A") Zone, the 10 Restricted Office ("RO") Zone, and the Multiple-Family Residential 11 ("R-3") Zone, and placing in the Community Shopping Center ("C-I-A") 12 Zone the property described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto 13 and incorporated herein by this reference; 14 By removing from the Community Shopping Center ("C-i-A") 15 Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone, the 16 property described in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and 17 incorporated herein by this reference; 18 By removing from the Multiple-Family Residential ("R-3") 19 Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone the 20 property described in Exhibit C, which is attached hereto and 21 incorporated herein by this reference; 22 By removing from the Community Shopping Center ("C-i-A") 23 Zone and the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone and placing in the 24 Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone, the property described in 25 Exhibit D, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this 26 reference; and, 27 By removing from the Community Shopping Center ("C-i-A") Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F: kWPDATAkORDk 97049701.
