1 ORDINANCE NO. 6361 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING SECTION 3.30.030 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> 3 CODE RELATING TO FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES BY <br /> AMENDING SUBSECTION (a) TO PROVIDE FOR THE REVISED <br /> 4 PERCENTAGE OF COST RECOVERY LEVELS FOR CERTAIN CITY <br /> SERVICES AND TO ESTABLISH THE PERCENTAGE OF COST <br /> 5 RECOVERY LEVELS FOR OTHER CITY SERVICES NOT <br /> PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED IN RESPONSE TO THE ANNUAL <br /> 6 COST CONTROL STUDY. <br /> 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> 8 does ordain as follows: <br /> 9 Section 1: Section 3.30.030 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> 10 Code relating to fees and service charges is hereby amended by <br /> 11 amending Subsection (a) to revise the designation of Item 2925 <br /> 12 from "Research of City Records" to "Specialized Report <br /> 13 Request", provide for the revised percentage of cost recovery <br /> 14 for certain services provided by the City of Riverside and to <br /> 15 establish the cost recovery levels for certain services of the <br /> 16 City of Riverside not previously established to reflect the <br /> 17 annual Cost Control Study performed by the Finance Department <br /> 18 and the determinations made by the City Council in response to <br /> 19 the recommendations from its Finance Committee and Public <br /> 20 Safety Committee, which Subsection (a) shall read as follows: <br /> 21 "(a) The City Manager, Finance Director and each City <br /> 22 department head, under the direction of the City Manager, shall <br /> 23 review annually the regulations, products and services of the <br /> 24 City and the fees and service charges imposed by the City or <br /> 25 recommended to be imposed by the City, and provide an adjusted <br /> 26 fee or charge schedule to the City Council for its <br /> 27 consideration so as to recover the percentage of costs <br /> <br />Attorney's Office <br />Street <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 F: kWPDATAkORD k 97046901.
