AM-003-967 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6356 <br /> <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 19.08.020(16) AND 19.10.020(19) OF <br /> 3 TITLE 19 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT <br /> AN AGRICULTURAL FIELD OFFICE IN THE RESIDENTIAL <br /> 4 AGRICULTURE (RA) AND (RA-2) AND THE RESIDENTIAL <br /> (R-I) ZONES RESPECTIVELY SUBJECT TO A MINOR <br /> 5 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN LIEU OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT AND SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC STANDARDS. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> 8 does ordain as follows: <br /> 9 Section 1: Section 19.08.020 (16) of the Riverside <br /> 10 Municipal Code is hereby amended to allow an agricultural field <br /> 11 office in the Residential Agricultural - RA and RA-2 Zones <br /> 12 subject to the granting of a minor conditional use permit in lieu <br /> 13 of a conditional use permit and to read as follows: <br /> 14 "(16) Agricultural field office as defined in <br /> Section 19.04.023 subject to the granting of a <br /> 15 conditional use permit in the RA-5 Zone. In the <br /> RA and RA-2 Zones, an agricultural field office <br /> 16 permitted subject to the granting of a minor <br /> conditional use permit subject to the following <br /> 17 operation and development standards: <br /> 18 a. The use shall be conducted on a <br /> property zoned R-A, RA-2 or RA-5 having <br /> 19 five acres or more gross area which is <br /> zoned for agricultural uses and which <br /> 20 is predominately occupied by a <br /> commercial agricultural business. <br /> 21 <br /> b. The use shall be in conjunction <br /> 22 with any permitted agricultural use, <br /> provided that such office shall be <br /> 23 occupied by an agricultural business, <br /> which business is either located on- <br /> 24 site or off-site the property. <br /> 25 c.
