AM-003-967 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6356 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 19.08.020(16) AND 19.10.020(19) OF 3 TITLE 19 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT AN AGRICULTURAL FIELD OFFICE IN THE RESIDENTIAL 4 AGRICULTURE (RA) AND (RA-2) AND THE RESIDENTIAL (R-I) ZONES RESPECTIVELY SUBJECT TO A MINOR 5 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN LIEU OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC STANDARDS. 6 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 8 does ordain as follows: 9 Section 1: Section 19.08.020 (16) of the Riverside 10 Municipal Code is hereby amended to allow an agricultural field 11 office in the Residential Agricultural - RA and RA-2 Zones 12 subject to the granting of a minor conditional use permit in lieu 13 of a conditional use permit and to read as follows: 14 "(16) Agricultural field office as defined in Section 19.04.023 subject to the granting of a 15 conditional use permit in the RA-5 Zone. In the RA and RA-2 Zones, an agricultural field office 16 permitted subject to the granting of a minor conditional use permit subject to the following 17 operation and development standards: 18 a. The use shall be conducted on a property zoned R-A, RA-2 or RA-5 having 19 five acres or more gross area which is zoned for agricultural uses and which 20 is predominately occupied by a commercial agricultural business. 21 b. The use shall be in conjunction 22 with any permitted agricultural use, provided that such office shall be 23 occupied by an agricultural business, which business is either located on- 24 site or off-site the property. 25 c. The use shall be established within a stickbuilt, mobile coach or 26 prefabricated structure, attached to or detached from any other building on the 27 property.
