Mayor Loveridge to present Marie Fritts of Fritts Ford with a Certificate of Appreciation for donating three <br />Th!nk vehicles to the City of Riverside <br /> <br />2. Mayor Loveridge to present a Proclamation to the Energy Delivery Staff of the City of Riverside for their <br />relentless efforts and quick responses during a recent wind storm in January <br /> <br />3. Mayor Loveridge to call upon Brian McAuley and Bill Garvey from the California Narcotic Officer's <br />Association to make a presentation to Council member Frank Schiavone <br /> <br />4. Oral Communications regarding Consent Calendar and non-agendized items - Individual audience <br />participation is generally limited to 3 minutes. Comments not concluded within 30 minutes will be heard <br />at the end of the meeting. Please notify the City Clerk prior to start of meeting if you have a special need <br />to be heard at this time. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR--AII matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the <br />City Staff and may be enacted by the City Council by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no <br />separate discussion of these items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of <br />the City Council, staff, or the public request specific items to be removed from the Consent Calendar for <br />separate action. <br /> <br />Removed consent items will be discussed immediately following completion of the Discussion Calendar. <br /> <br />5.
