There will be no separate discussion of <br />these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the <br />Redevelopment Agency, staff or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for <br />separate action. <br /> <br />2. Community Development Block Grants and/or loans for housing rehabilitation - Northside, Arlanza La <br />Sierra, and Citywide areas <br /> <br />4. Increase budget for California Tower projects for future tenant and capital improvements to retail spaces - <br />Supplemental appropriation - Funds transfer <br /> <br />5.
