WHEN RECORDED MAIl, TO: <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br />City of Riverside <br />City Hall, 3900 Main Street <br />Riverside, California 92522 <br /> <br />FREE RECORDING <br />This instrument is for the benefit <br />of the City of Riverside and is <br />entitled to be recorded without fee <br />(Government Code § 6103) <br /> <br /> EASEMENT FOR SECONDARY ACCESS <br />FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND DRAINAGE <br />AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS EASEMENT FOR SECONDARY ACCESS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND <br />DRAINAGE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this <br /> 27 th day of .lanuarv20,0~l}l}2, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a municipal <br />corporation ("City"), JANET GOESKE FOUNDATION, a California nonprofit corporation <br />("Foundation") and GOLDWARE SENIOR HOUSING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California <br />limited partnership ("Partnership") with reference to the following facts: <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. The City is the fee owner of Streeter Park and the Janet Goeske Center for <br />Senior/Handicapped Citizens ("Goeske Center"), located within the park, situated in the City of <br />Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, which Goeske Center is located on land more <br />particularly described in attached Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein by reference ("Goeske <br />Center Parcel"). <br /> <br /> B. The Foundation is the manager and operator of the Goeske Center pursuant to that <br />certain agreement dated August 28, 1996, by and between the City and the Foundation. The <br />Foundation, as the manager and operator of the Goeske Center, is a party to this Agreement solely to <br />acknowledge and consent to the hereinafter described Easement. <br /> <br /> C. The Partnership is the fee owner of that certain real property situated in the City of <br />Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, and more particularly described in attached <br />Exhibit "B" ("Goldware Senior Housing Parcel"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Said <br />Partnership property is developed with a162-unit affordable rental housing development for low <br />income and market rate senior households ("Goldware Senior Housing"). The Goldware Senior <br />Housing Parcel is adjacent to the Goeske Center Parcel, located within Streeter Park. <br /> <br /> <br />
