1 ORDINANCE NO. 6344 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 5.60.060 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE TERM FOR A BINGO LICENSE FROM SIX MONTHS TO ONE YEAR. 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 6 does ordain as follows: 7 Section 1. Section 5.60.060 of the Riverside Municipal 8 Code is hereby amended as follows to change the term for a bingo 9 license from six months to one year: 10 "5.60.060 LICENSE--TERM--FEES. The term of a bingo license is one year and may be renewed for a period of 11 one year any time within one month from its date of expiration upon application therefor; no bingo games may 12 be conducted after the expiration date unless the license has been renewed; renewal after the one-month grace 13 period will be treated as a new application and the applicant will be charged the fee set by resolution for a 14 new application; and no licensee shall conduct more than two bingo events at any one location in the City during 15 any seven-day period, with each seven-day period beginning with a Sunday and ending with a Saturday.
