Chair <br />Rossouw announced that the applicant is requesting a continuance to <br />May 2, 2019. There was no one in the audience requesting to speak to <br />the continuance. The Commission continued Planning Cases P18-0526, <br />P18-0527, P18-0528 and P18-0529 to the May 2, 2019 meeting. <br />PLANNING/ZONING MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE: <br />Jason Hunter spoke regarding businesses which have problems but <br />clean up their issues. They should not be held responsible for the sins of <br />the past forever. Take closer look at Conditional Use Permits and the <br />conditions.
