She noticed a change in the City's website, the historic database
is missing. She asked what the status was for returning this feature to the
website.
Scott Watson, Associate Planner stated that the IT Department is working
on a citywide web update. There is a computer in Planning at the front
counter that has access to the database. If anyone needs access, Mr.
Watson asked that they call him to set up an appointment and he can
assist them.
Ms. Kopaskie-Brown added that the webpage update is not within the
Planning Division's purview. She will contact the IT Department and
inquire on the status and get back to the Board with an update.
DISCUSSION CALENDAR
CLG Annual Report
Mr. Watson reported that
the State Office of Historic
the City is required to submit an annual report to
Preservation (SHPO) in order maintain the
Certified Local Government (CLG) certification. The annual report covers
the federal fiscal year (October 1 — September 30). SHPO was delayed in
sending out the annual report template which included a deadline of
February 15, 2019. In order meet the submittal deadline, the annual report
was submitted prior to the Cultural Heritage Board's review. Staff
requested the Board comment on the annual report, the comments will be
forwarded to SHPO as an updated submission.
Following discussion, errors in the term for Board Member Falcone and
the email for Board Member Parrish were noted. Staff indicated they
would forward those changes to SHPO.
APPROVED - Cultural Heritage Board Minutes — February 20, 2019
Page 1 of 3
