AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM VARIOUS ZONING DESIGNATIONS TO THE DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN ZONE (DSP) AND PLACING LAND WITHIN SPECIFIC LAND USE DISTRICTS. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1. Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing various zoning designations from land and placing it in the Downtown Specific Plan Zone ("DSP") and within the Raincross District, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and depicted on Exhibit A-1. Section 2. Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing various zoning designations from land and placing it in the Downtown Specific Plan Zone ("DSP") and within the Justice Center District, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and depicted on Exhibit B-1. Section 3. Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing various zoning designations from land and placing it in the Downtown Specific Plan Zone ("DSP") and within the Almond Street District, as described in Exhibit C attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and depicted on Exhibit C-1. Section 4. Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing various zoning designations from land and placing it in the Downtown Specific Plan Zone ("DSP") and within the Prospect Place Office District, as described in Exhibit D attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and depicted on Exhibit D- 1. Section 5. Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing various zoning designations from land and placing it in the Downtown Specific Plan Zone ("DSP") and within the Health Care District, as described in Exhibit E attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and depicted on Exhibit E-1.
