RESOLUTION NO. 30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020. WHEREAS, pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 34177, the City of Riverside as Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Successor Agency") is required to prepare a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("ROPS") for each fiscal year; and WHEREAS, each ROPS must include the amount and funding source for all payments required during the period for all enforceable obligations of the Successor Agency; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34186(a), the ROPS for the period covering July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 ("ROPS 19-20") includes all payments required and a reconciliation of the estimated obligations versus the actual payments made under prior ROPS; and WHEREAS, upon approval by the Countywide Oversight Board, the ROPS 19-20 will be submitted to the County Auditor -Controller, the State Controller's Office, and the Department of Finance in addition to posting it on the Successor Agency section of the City' s website. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, as follows: Section 1: Pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 34177, the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City Of Riverside does hereby approve and adopt the ROPS 19-20 and upon approval of the same by the Countywide Oversight Board, is directed to transmit ROPS 19-20 to the County Administrative Officer, the County Auditor -Controller, the Department of Finance, and post the same on the City's website.
