The document has never been finished and never will be. But it is
attached for your amusement.
I just have a few thing to bring to your attention that you might be able to affect change. The first is having new
programs without constant training and consequences for not training will only break the city. The City needs GREAT
teachers. Skill assessments and skill building sessions as needed, The second, there are literally dozens upon dozens of
people using EXCEL to track work done in WOMS when WOMS has already been set up to give YOU that information
already. Public Utilities and Public Works can charge FERC numbers for their jobs which breaks down exactly what type
of task was done. I fought to get neighborhood and ward on every form in WOMS but was removed from the project
and those fields were never loaded. If you doubt my honesty ask Yenise Peoples. By combining the FERC information
with Ward/Neighborhood information we would have been able to tell you how many bees were being a nuisance, to
how many graffiti tags are taken care of in your area both proactively and by SRO. But instead those fields are empty
because I was not allowed to follow through and so other people have to manually keep records wasting time and
money.
1
